Reviews and Ratings
Despite the room initially not smelling nice, after requesting a change we were allocated Room No. 7, which turned out to be clean and comfortable despite facing a busy road. The noise from traffic was a drawback, but it didn't disturb our night's sleep. The service was helpful, although some staff members seemed to lack enthusiasm. The location was fantastic and romantic, especially for those with relations staying nearby. The dining experience had its issues, like the service starting late on weekends, but overall was decent. The hotel had some facilities though not explicitly detailed.
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Morecambe, Lancaster, and the Lakes. The rooms at the back of the building were comfortable and had useful amenities, but noise from the busy road could be an issue. The service was pleasant and good value for money, though the dining experience had some drawbacks. I enjoyed the proximity to various points of interest, but noise disturbances were a downside.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, but they needed a little bit of maintenance. The service was commendable, especially with the staff going above and beyond during breakfast. The location was convenient for my short visit. The dining options were satisfactory with a lighter choice available. The facilities were decent but room for improvement.
